Controller
The frischer.ch website is published by David Frischer, Frischer Informatique (sole proprietorship, canton of Vaud, Switzerland). For any question about your data: bonjour@frischer.ch.
Data collected
The site has no forms, no user accounts and no advertising tools. The only data I process is what you choose to send me:
- By email: your name, email address and the content of your message, used only to reply and discuss your project.
- When booking a call: if you book through Calendly, the details you enter (name, email, time slot, optional message) are processed by Calendly, which may store them outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Its own privacy policy applies.
As with any website, the host keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure and running.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and, where relevant, our work together, then deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
Sharing
Your data is never sold or transferred. It is only shared with third parties when needed to provide the service (hosting, email, scheduling) or when required by law.
External links
The site links to LinkedIn, Malt and Calendly. These services apply their own privacy rules.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to bonjour@frischer.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
